Each mat is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect order selection. Please review the product details before purchasing.  
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the mat and its packaging. Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We’ll work with you on an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when required.
